A) Pilates Mat Class - All Levels
Pilates is a strengthening and stretching workout that works deep into your core, stabilizing your spine and improving your posture. All you need is a mat and less than an hour of time (in fact you can do an effective Pilates routine in 15 minutes!). Pilates is a wonderful complement to yoga and a great practice for athletes-- indeed, for anyone who wants to strengthen their core muscles and have a healthier back. People with troublesome backs are especially good candidates... We can't promise you a six-pack, but you WILL feel and look better!
Diana Whitney was certified to teach Pilates in January by Power Pilates studio (based in NYC). Her instruction follows a routine of classical Pilates mat exercises which her students can, in time, perform on their own at home. She also works with challenging and effective props like the Magic Circle, the exer-band, and different-sized exercise balls. Because Diana also loves yoga, she concludes her Pilates sessions with a relaxing yoga flow.

Private and semi-private Pilates sessions are available now. Work one-on-one or two-on-one with an experienced teacher who can lead you through a rigorous Pilates routine, helping you tone your body and calm your mind.

B) Vinyasa Yoga
Join Diana for an energizing 75-minute yoga class in our sun-filled Mather Road studio. Diana is a compassionate teacher who creates a dynamic fusion of Ashtanga and Kripalu yoga, guiding students to challenge themselves, release tensions, and relax deeply. Strengthen your body and open your heart with flowing vinyasa yoga.

C) Mama-Baby Yoga
A relaxing flow yoga class for mamas and their babies (ages 3 months through toddler). Bring your little one and practice yoga with other mamas while the babies crawl around, play on the floor, or just lie on the mat with you. All levels welcome, yoga mats and soft toys provided. STRETCH-PLAY-BREATHE.
